Payment & Billing All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. 3. Delivery Digital services are delivered via email or online platforms. Delivery timelines vary depending on the project scope and will be communicated clearly. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide necessary information (branding, preferences, access credentials, etc.) in a timely manner to ensure smooth delivery. 5. Intellectual Property All custom work becomes the property of the client upon full payment, except for code libraries or frameworks used under license. 6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if a user violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior. 7. Limitation of Liability Ryvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 8.
