At Ryvo, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services including Discord bots, websites, and UI/UX designs. Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Discord Bots (Subscriptions)
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
- After 3 days, or once the bot has been delivered or activated, refunds are no longer eligible.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
2. Website & UI/UX Services
- If your project status is "Pending", you are eligible for a full refund.
- If the project status is "Started" or "Finished", refunds are not available.
- Project status is visible in your client dashboard.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@ryvo.xyz with your order ID and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the above criteria and the nature of the service provided.
